For all deliveries to a mainland UK mainland address we have the following delivery methods available:
- Standard:5-7 working days (£2.99) DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery with Standard shipping
- Express:2-3 working days (£3.99)
- Premium Delivery:1-2 working days (£5.99) DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: To receive faster delivery please select the Premium delivery option
Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday, will be dispatched same day wherever possible. Orders placed after 1pm, for the purposes of delivery, will be treated as having been placed on the next working day (Monday- Friday). Please note orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be processed until Monday.

If you place your order before 1pm on a working day, these periods run from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 1pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
If you purchase a high value product from us, we will usually conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product. These may delay the expected date for delivery. Where the delivery date is delayed because of fraud screening checks, we will notify you by email.
Unfortunately, due to strict Royal Mail regulations regarding sending certain items, not all items are available for delivery to all destinations. We cannot currently ship the following items outside the UK: Aerosols, Flammable liquids, Nail Polish, Perfume or Aftershave.
If an order is placed for any of these restricted items with a delivery address outside the UK, a full refund will be issued against the order.
Please note: Due to Royal Mail restrictions, we are only able to send out 4 nail polishes in any one order & we are unable to send Nail Polish internationally.
If you would like to return items, you have up to 14 days to do so. We will not accept products with a broken seal for health and hygiene reasons.
If your product is faulty, you have received the wrong item, or the item does not match the description given you can return the item.
Contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address and the reason for returning. We recommend you get proof of postage when returning any items. A full refund for the price of the item will be issued against the original method of payment. If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind, the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days.
If you wish to cancel an item after placing the order, ensure you contact us by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us 0115 972 8696 immediately otherwise your order will be processed and sent out.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
